Our locally owned bakery in Medford, MN has freshly made baked goods daily.  From cinnamon rolls and caramel rolls to scones and more, each day is different.

We also have single slices of desserts, homemade frozen pizzas, breads, buns, cookies, snack mix and more!

 

Plus, we have coffee, iced coffee, smoothies and ice cream.

Daily in our case, we have fresh baked goods!  Each day has different features, but you can count on cinnamon rolls and caramel rolls daily.   Follow our Facebook page for these.

We also have soda and bottled water.  You can add syrups to your coffee: caramel, honey, maple, chocolate, vanilla.  We also have add-ons like: oat milk, almond milk and whipped cream.

Baking with Passion

We started our journey with a mobile unit that was seasonal in Medford, MN.  People raved about our pizzas, baked goods and cookies.  With single-serve desserts, people could stop by and pick up a treat or two or three and could have something sweet with ease. 

​

Soon, people in Southern Minnesota were asking us to open a store front.  Residents from Owatonna, Faribault, Kenyon, Warsaw, Morristown and more started coming to Medford to grab a homemade frozen gourmet pizza or to pick up homemade bread or a dessert.  In 2025, we open Main Street Bakehouse in Medford, MN.  We are located next to the post office on the corner.  Our space and offerings have expanded but you'll still get that homemade goodness. Can't wait to see you!

We stopped into the Bakehouse this morning and I had the strawberry danish and my Mom had the apple filled donut. They were both fresh and delicious. Everything in the case looked delicious!! FAQ

Do you offer gluten free?   We do not. Our kitchen is not large enough to accommodate this.

Do you offer dairy free?   We do not with our baked goods.  However, we do have coffee and refreshers. 

​

Do you offer gift cards?  We do!  Stop by and pick one up!  We will offer online ordering soon.

​

Can I order a tray of cinnamon rolls?  Yes.  Please allow 48 business hours.  To order, contact us or call us at the store.

Do your refreshers have caffeine?   No, they do not.
